What is a dev wallet?
Also called: Creator wallet, Deployer wallet, Dev holdings
The wallet that created a token. Traders watch what it holds, whether it sells, and what happened to other tokens it created.
On a launchpad the creator's wallet is recorded when the token is made, and many creators also buy some supply at launch. That wallet is the "dev". Its behaviour is public: you can see what it holds, when it sells, and which other tokens it has launched.
A creator selling everything soon after launch is common on memecoin launchpads and is often read as the dev giving up on the token. A creator who has launched many tokens that went to zero is a stronger warning than any single sale.
Why it matters before you trade
The dev wallet is the one participant you can always identify. Its history is the best evidence you have about intent: a wallet with a string of rugged launches is telling you what it plans to do next.
How NAVI shows it
NAVI does not show the creator's holdings or trades as a separate panel. When a token's RugCheck report flags "Creator history of rugged tokens", NAVI shows it among the named risks on the token page's rug check and marks it as a danger. If the creator still holds a large share, it counts toward the top-10 wallet check and appears on the bubble map.

- Insider walletsWallets connected to a token's team or launch, usually funded by the creator or buying before the public, that hold supply at a cost ordinary buyers could not get.
- Rug pullWhen the people behind a token remove its value, by pulling liquidity, printing supply or dumping a large hidden stake, and leave holders unable to sell at a fair price.
- Bonding curveA pricing formula a launchpad uses to sell a new token before it has a normal pool. When the curve fills, the token graduates and its liquidity moves to a DEX pool.
