What is a token risk score?
Also called: NAVI risk score, Risk level, Rug score
A single number that sums up how risky a token looks from a set of measured signals. NAVI's is a score out of 100 with Low, Medium and High levels.
Different tools score different things. Some score the contract (authorities, liquidity locks), some score the holder list, some score market behaviour. It matters which, because a token can have a clean contract and still be extremely volatile, or be calm today with a live mint authority.
NAVI keeps the two apart. Its risk score comes from NAVI's own hourly price history: seven-day volatility, how far the price sits below its seven-day high, market cap and how long NAVI has tracked the token. Scores of 55 and above are High and 25 and below are Low. The contract is judged separately by the rug check.
Why it matters before you trade
A score tells you what to look at and how careful to be. It is not a verdict that a token is safe or a scam, and no score can predict a team walking away. Read what goes into any score before you rely on it.
How NAVI shows it
Every token page shows the risk level and score in its risk section, next to the six contract and liquidity checks. A level only changes when the score clears its threshold by a margin, so one noisy hour does not flip it. With a free account you can get an alert in the app, as a browser notification or on Telegram when NAVI raises a token you watch to High risk. The rug check page lists recent risk changes.
