How do you find the next pump.fun token before it moves?
Most traders find pump.fun tokens after the move. A coin turns up in their feed with a chart that has already gone 5x, and the entry they get is someone else's exit.
Finding them earlier is a process rather than luck. Screen the market for unusual trading, rule out the tokens that fail a basic rug check, put the survivors on a watchlist and let alerts tell you when something changes. This guide walks through that process with NAVI's free lists and token pages.
Why are the pump.fun tokens in your feed usually late?
By the time a pump.fun token reaches your X, Telegram or Discord feed, it has usually moved. Social posts follow price. Someone bought, the chart went up, and then the posts started.
On-chain activity tends to show up first. Volume climbs before a token gets talked about, and changes in liquidity and holders appear in the data before most people look. That is why NAVI's discovery lists start from trading data rather than social mentions.
There is a second reason to be careful with tokens you find through posts: copycats. Popular tickers attract contracts with the same name and symbol. Work from the contract address, and check it on NAVI before anything else.
Screen 1: which pump.fun tokens are trading the most right now?
NAVI's High-Volume Signals list shows the Solana tokens with the most trading in the last 24 hours, refreshed every 10 minutes. It sorts by 24-hour volume plus a quarter of the main pool's liquidity, so a deep, busy market ranks above a thin one with a single burst of trades. Each row shows pool liquidity, turnover and NAVI's risk level.
Turnover is the number to read first. It is 24-hour volume divided by pool liquidity. Above about 3x, trading is busy for the depth available. A pump.fun token trading 30 times its liquidity in a day is mostly being traded by bots and fast flippers, and it can be hard to sell at the price on screen.
How to use it: 1. Open the list once or twice a day as your first screen. 2. Look for pump.fun tokens. Their mint address usually ends in "pump". 3. Prefer tokens that show up on more than one day over a single-day spike. 4. Open each candidate's NAVI page and check its risk level, lifecycle label and rug check before going further.
A token still on the pump.fun bonding curve will not be in these lists yet. They pick up a pump.fun token once it trades on a DEX with enough volume. For a token that is still bonding, paste its address into the new token scanner: its page shows how far it is through bonding, its chart and its rug check.
Screen 2: which pump.fun tokens are gaining attention?
NAVI's Trending Tokens list rotates as market conditions change. It combines several signals, including trading activity, liquidity changes, volatility and risk scoring, rather than leaning on one number. It is a different view from raw volume, and the two work best together.
- Trending and busy on the volume list: the strongest early signal on these screens.
- Trending without much volume: interest without money behind it yet.
- Busy volume without trending: often bots or a few large wallets rather than a crowd.
Screen 3: is a token on the biggest movers list still early?
The Biggest Movers list shows the largest price moves. On pump.fun tokens it catches runs that are already under way, sometimes before they reach social feeds. That makes it useful, but late by definition. A token on this list has already moved, so the question is whether the move has room left or is close to its top.
Signs a mover may still be early:
- A 20% to 50% move in 24 hours with little social chatter so far
- Volume still rising rather than falling back
- NAVI's lifecycle label reads Breakout or Momentum rather than Potential peak
- Enough liquidity for the size you have in mind
Signs to skip it:
- The move is already 100% or more and volume is fading
- The token is all over your feeds
- Liquidity is thin, so the move happened on very little depth
Screen 4: how do you confirm a pump.fun token's momentum?
NAVI's High-Momentum Signals list ranks Solana tokens by their recent rise, backed by volume. Each token is scored on its short-window move (6 hours, or 1 hour when that is all there is) weighted 1.6, its 24-hour move weighted 1.1, and its 24-hour volume. NAVI's risk level sits beside each one.
It comes later than the volume list, because price has already started to move. In exchange, the move is more likely to be real rather than a single burst of trades.
Two ways to use the screens:
- Earlier and riskier: the volume list, then the rug check and lifecycle label, then a watchlist and alerts, and you decide once momentum confirms.
- Later and steadier: the momentum list, then the rug check and lifecycle label, then the chart and AI levels in the NAVI Terminal.
Neither is better in every market. Which one suits you depends on how much risk you are willing to take and how much of a position you can afford to lose.
How do a watchlist and alerts make discovery systematic?
Manual discovery needs constant attention, and pump.fun tokens move at any hour. A watchlist and alerts do the watching for you.
Step 1: When a token passes your screens, add it to your NAVI watchlist. Watchlisted tokens get a risk alert by default, and you can also switch on an alert for when one starts trending.
Step 2: Add price alerts on the tokens you care about most. NAVI alerts cover price above a level, price below a level, risk rising to high and a token starting to trend. They arrive in the app and, if you allow it, as browser push notifications. A free account keeps 5 alerts active and Pro keeps 50.
Step 3: When an alert fires, open the token. Read the rug check and holder concentration first, then the chart. In the NAVI Terminal, the AI overlay draws support and resistance on the chart and, with an AI trade plan, an entry zone and an invalidation level. A free account opens one token an hour in the Terminal and Pro opens every token.
This keeps you from missing moves because you were not looking, and from over-trading because something flashed on a chart.
What is the quickest pump.fun discovery routine on NAVI?
Finding pump.fun tokens before they move is a routine, not a talent. Screen the volume list and the momentum list, check every candidate's rug risk and lifecycle label, watchlist the few that pass and let alerts bring you back when something changes.
Most pump.fun tokens still fail, and a good screen does not change that. Decide the amount you can lose entirely before you buy anything. pump.fun is not available in the UK, and you should never use a VPN to get around a regional block. Not financial advice.
