These rules explain how the NAVI referral programme works. They sit alongside the Terms of Service.
1. Who can take part
The programme is not available to UK residents, and it is not available in other countries or regions where NAVI has switched referral rewards off. In those places no rewards are given, to the person who shares a link or to the person who signs up. We use the country your connection comes from, recorded at sign-up and when a reward would be given.
2. Your referral link
Every NAVI account has a referral link. A friend who opens it and creates a new NAVI account gets one month of NAVI Pro. This applies once per person and per wallet, and not to anyone who already had a NAVI account.
3. Qualifying referrals
A referral qualifies when the friend has linked a wallet to their new account and made their first swap through NAVI worth at least $25, confirmed on-chain. Each friend can count once. A referral does not qualify if the wallet was already linked to another account or used on NAVI before the friend signed up.
4. Pro months for the person who shares
Qualifying referrals earn NAVI Pro: 1 referral gives 1 month, 2 give 3 months in total, 3 give 6 months in total and 4 give 12 months in total. Each qualifying referral after the fourth adds one more month. New months are added after any Pro time you already have.
5. Navigators
With 5 qualifying referrals you become a Navigator. From that day on, a Navigator receives 30% of the fee NAVI earns on each on-chain-verified swap made through NAVI by the people they referred. Swaps made before you became a Navigator are not included. Earnings are paid in USDC to a verified wallet you choose. Payouts are reviewed and approved by the NAVI team weekly, and are only made once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount.
6. No self-referrals
You cannot refer yourself, a second account of your own, or someone using the same wallet, device or connection as you. We check for this, and referrals that break these rules are rejected. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained by abuse and close accounts involved.
7. Changes
We may change or end the programme, its rewards or these rules at any time. Rewards already credited to your account before a change are kept unless they were obtained by abuse.
8. Risk
Crypto is high risk. Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest.
