How to launch a token on Robinhood Chain with the Pons launchpad (and what buyers will check)

How to launch a token on Robinhood Chain through the Pons launchpad: the wallet and ETH you need, choosing a quote asset, the 0.0005 ETH launch fee, graduation at 4.2 ETH, and the checks buyers now run on every new launch.

How to launch a token on Robinhood Chain: the short answer

The simplest answer to how to launch a token on Robinhood Chain is the Pons launchpad. You connect an EVM wallet that holds ETH on Robinhood Chain, choose a quote asset, set up the token and pay a 0.0005 ETH launch fee plus gas. Pons mints 1 billion tokens onto a bonding curve, and an ETH-quoted token graduates to a locked Uniswap v4 pool once the curve holds 4.2 ETH.

Pons is not available in the United Kingdom or in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, according to its own site. If it is blocked where you live, stop there. Do not try to get around the block.

Before you start: region, wallet and ETH

Three things need to be in place before a Robinhood Chain token launch.

Region. Pons's site states it does not operate in the UK or in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, and we saw that block notice ourselves.

Wallet. Robinhood's docs list Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask and other EVM browser wallets. To add the network by hand, use chain ID 4663, the RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com/ and ETH as the currency symbol. Our guide to adding Robinhood Chain to Phantom covers the wallet setup step by step.

ETH for gas and fees. Robinhood Chain pays gas in ETH. Gas is cheap: a sample of 13 swaps NAVI measured on 30 September 2026 had a median cost of about 0.0000039 ETH, roughly one US cent. A gas subsidy for Robinhood Wallet users reportedly ended around 29 September, so budget for gas whichever wallet you use. See Robinhood Chain gas fees for the full cost stack.

One safety point: reach Pons only through links in its official channels, and check the address bar before you connect a wallet. Fake launchpad sites that drain wallets are common.

Step 1: choose a quote asset

The quote asset is what buyers pay with and what your curve collects. Pons V2 supports ETH, USDG and Stock Tokens. In NAVI's count of 51,046 Pons V2 launches from 23 to 30 September 2026, 78% used ETH, about 8% used USDG and about 5% used the NVDA Stock Token.

  • ETH: the default. The 4.2 ETH graduation threshold applies to ETH-quoted launches, and V2 pays creators in ETH
  • USDG: the Paxos dollar that is the chain's main stablecoin. Non-ETH quote assets use their own per-asset graduation threshold, so check it in the app
  • Stock Tokens: a curve priced in a Stock Token has two moving prices, the stock's and your token's

Stock Tokens are information only on NAVI. NAVI never trades them and never routes a swap through one, so a Pons curve priced in a Stock Token cannot be traded on NAVI. Stock Tokens are also not available to US persons and are restricted in Canada, the UK and Switzerland, per Robinhood's docs. Choosing one narrows who can buy your token.

Step 2: create the token and pay the launch fee

The Pons V2 factory settings we read on-chain on 30 September 2026:

  • Launch fee: 0.0005 ETH, which press put at about $1, plus gas
  • Supply: 1 billion tokens minted per launch
  • Curve fee: 1% on every trade
  • Creator tax: optional, up to 10%
  • Anti-bot tax: 99% on snipes at launch, with an option to exempt chosen wallets

Fill in the token details in the Pons app and confirm the transaction in your wallet. The exact form fields can change, so follow the app rather than a screenshot from someone else's guide.

Two settings shape how buyers see you. A creator tax is income for you but a cost for every buyer it applies to. The anti-bot exemption list is the setting a rug ring used to take at least $18.43M across 53 launches, according to Wazz's investigation reported by CryptoTimes. Buyers now look for both.

Step 3: share the right contract address

Copycat tickers are common on busy launchpads. The same ring used decoys: several identically named tokens deployed within a day, with the real address announced only after the hype.

Post your full contract address from your own channels as soon as the token is live, and pin it. Tell your community to match the whole address, not the ticker or the name.

Creator payouts and graduation at 4.2 ETH

The Pons curve fee is 1% per trade. According to Datawallet's summary of Pons's docs, 70% of it goes to the creator and 30% to the protocol. We could not confirm that split from Pons's own docs, so check it in the app. V2 pays creators in ETH. Our pump.fun vs Pons creator fees post works the numbers through at different volumes.

When an ETH-quoted curve reaches 4.2 ETH, the liquidity moves into a Uniswap v4 pool with the Pons hook, and the LP position is locked in the Pons launch locker. After graduation the hook keeps taking a fee, reported as 1%.

Graduation is the exception. NAVI counted 567 graduations from 51,046 Pons V2 launches between 23 and 30 September 2026, about 1.1%. The detail is in our Pons graduation rate post.

What buyers will check on a new launch

Traders on Robinhood Chain have seen bundled launches and rug factories, so a clean launch is one that passes these checks:

  • No exemption-list abuse: the opening transactions show many independent buyers, not one purchase or a cluster of exempt wallets taking most of the supply
  • No tax games: the creator tax is low, stated up front and never raised later
  • Holder spread: the top 10 holders, excluding the curve, pool, burn addresses and the Pons locker, do not hold most of the supply
  • No fresh-wallet farm: GoPlus described a token factory whose supply sat across many new wallets with only 4 to 11 transactions each, per CryptoSlate
  • One real address: no decoys, and the address in your channels matches the one on-chain

NAVI's buy-and-sell simulation measures the real tax on a trade, and a blocked sell or a tax of 25% or more forces a High risk level.

Our memecoin risk checklist is written for Solana, but the same checks apply.

What a launch will not do for you

A launch does not create demand. Fees only come from real trading, and around 99% of Pons launches in NAVI's week-long count never graduated. Even a graduated token can still fall to zero. Do not launch expecting a return, and never promise one to buyers.

Check how your token scores on NAVI

NAVI is independent, non-custodial and not affiliated with Pons or Robinhood. If you also launch on Solana, the pump.fun token analysis, rug check and bubble maps show your token the way buyers see it.

Paste your Pons token address into NAVI's Robinhood Chain token scanner to see its risk level, curve progress to 4.2 ETH and holder concentration.

Creators with an audience can also look at NAVI's Navigator referral programme; the rules are in the referral terms.

Trading on NAVI is not available in every region. Pons curve trading is not offered to users in the United Kingdom, Stock Tokens are information only on NAVI, and you should never use a VPN to get around a regional block.

Not financial advice. Most launches go to zero. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

FAQ

How much does it cost to launch a token on Pons?

The Pons V2 factory charges 0.0005 ETH per launch, which press put at about $1, plus Robinhood Chain gas paid in ETH. A typical swap on the chain cost about 0.0000039 ETH in gas in NAVI's 30 September 2026 sample.

Can I launch a token on Pons from the UK?

No. Pons's site states it does not operate in the United Kingdom or in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. If Pons is blocked where you live, do not try to get around the block.

Which quote asset should I use on Pons?

Most launches use ETH: 78% of Pons V2 launches in NAVI's count for 23 to 30 September 2026. ETH-quoted tokens graduate at 4.2 ETH. Curves priced in a Stock Token cannot be traded on NAVI and are harder for many buyers to reach.

When does a Pons token graduate?

An ETH-quoted Pons V2 token graduates when its bonding curve holds 4.2 ETH. Its liquidity then moves into a locked Uniswap v4 pool. Only about 1.1% of launches graduated in NAVI's count for the week to 30 September 2026.

Should I use the Pons anti-bot exemption list?

Buyers treat exemption lists with suspicion, because a rug ring used them to buy most of the supply in opening transactions on dozens of launches. If you want buyers to trust a launch, keep the opening transactions open and easy to verify.

Do I need ETH to launch on Robinhood Chain?

Yes. Robinhood Chain uses ETH as its gas token, and the Pons launch fee of 0.0005 ETH is paid in ETH. You need a little extra ETH for gas on every transaction after the launch too.
